3. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Reeli. This includes text, images you upload, and the final exported slideshows.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to use any images in your slideshows

• Compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
• Not infringing on third-party intellectual property rights

4. Visual Reference Library

Reeli provides access to a curated visual reference library to help inspire your creative process. By using images from this library, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.1 Nature of Reference Images

• All reference images are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties regarding ownership, licensing status, or fitness for any particular purpose
• Reeli does not claim ownership of these images and makes no representations about their copyright status or availability for commercial use
• These images are intended solely as creative references and visual inspiration
• We strongly recommend replacing reference images with your own original content or properly licensed media before publishing commercially

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available any reference images outside of content created using the Reeli platform
• You may not use automated tools to bulk download or scrape images from the reference library
• Reeli reserves the right to modify, remove, or restrict access to any images at any time without prior notice

4.4 Best Practices

For commercial or public content, we recommend:

• Creating your own original photography or visuals
• Using reference images only as inspiration for your own creative direction
• Sourcing properly licensed stock images from authorized providers
• Obtaining explicit permission from original content creators when necessary

5. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to Reeli:

• We access only the permissions you explicitly grant
• We use the TikTok Content Posting API solely to publish content you create and approve
• We do not access your TikTok analytics, followers, or other account data beyond what is necessary for posting
• You can revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings

Your use of TikTok through our Service is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree to:

• Not post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or misleading content
• Not artificially manipulate engagement or metrics
• Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure requirements

The Service uses AI to assist with content creation. Regarding AI-generated text:

• AI suggestions are starting points that you should review and customize
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That your content will achieve any specific results
• The accuracy of AI-generated suggestions
• Compatibility with third-party platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
